JIRS intends to develop a luxury mountain, oceanfront destination resort. The resort hotel facility will include restaurants, lounges, boutique retail, spa and fitness center, marina, and other commercial components.
The luxury style residences and marina slips will be sold to third parties which such owners will be entitled to use their Villa Units and/or contribute the units under the resort rental pool with a shared revenue with the hotel owners. Net room revenue from the resort rental pool will be split on a to be determined percentage basis between the resort and the villa owners while the resort brand operator will deduct an overall management fee for operations. All commercial and marina revenue and expenses will be to the account of the resort owners.
JIRS continues ongoing discussions with various groups regarding the flagging and operation of the resort. To this extent Jervis has received interest from several luxury brands.
