· For patients and their families who might be challenged with difficult diagnoses and treatments, NIO’s doctors offer a comprehensive Medical File Review, to offer a thorough understanding of the condition and make a recommendation for treatments etc.
Second opinion consults
· Along with connecting patients across the world with our specialists, through NIOs Total Access Platform, patients from all over the world can have access to Canadian and American trained specialists to make sure their treatment plan is up to date on the latest medical research.
NIOs Total Access platform
· This unique platform, has been developed for NIO, is critical in all of the above. It is essential for our oversees patients. We have secured a management company to manage ALL of the administrative work, and payment portals to make the process seamless for our doctors and patients.

· Currently engaged with 8 LARGE law- firms. Our doctors render their expertise to legal firms as expert witnesses and authors of medical reports for Personal Injury Patients.
Hospital, Clinic’s Financial and Operational Audits
· NIO has at least 3 hospitals and dozens of clinics that have sought us to perform operational audits and to offer correctional proposals.
Corporate Seminars Virtual/Onsite
· NIO already has bookings for 2023 to offer medical expertise and awareness. Education is a pilar of our core values.
Health retreats (For C-Suite Executives and Health professionals)
· We have reserved a private Village in Italy for the purpose of offering MENTAL HEALTH retreat for the above professionals. We are in negotiations with WORLD RENOWNED experts such as Dr. DEEPAK CHOPRA and others to raise the excitement level of the attendees.

NIO is currently engaged with an APP developer to launch an Open Discord Software Innovation for hospital doctors and nurses. It will provide an effective, efficient and secure service for direct and most critical communications between hospital staff members.
Medical Devices and Equipment
· NIO has partnered with companies that supply innovative sanitization & OPEN MRI machines. We already have a commitment for 75 units to be sold within the next 6-8 months. NIO will secure a profit of approximately 500K per unit. We are constantly aligning our company with innovators to shake up the medical device industry.
Opening Medical Schools
· Active communication with the Canadian provincial and federal government representatives to put NIO in the driver’s seat to solve the national healthcare crisis. We will be featured in the mainstream media at the end of January of 2023. One of our biggest ASK of the government and the large private sectors would be to provide the Land and the financial resources to construct and operate new medical schools in every province in Canada. We believe wholeheartedly that this is the first step in rescuing the current dysfunctional over-extended Canadian Healthcare System.
Nutraceutical Formulations for corporations and white label for clinics
· Dr. Nina has been involved heavily in R&D of formulations which were approved by Health Canada, this is a unique expertise that NIO’s partners and investors can take advantage of. Dr. Nina has been sought out for many years to produce unique formulations in many different forms. It is without a doubt an emergent and lucrative industry at the present. As the world market becomes more interested in non-invasive, more natural product lines, the opportunity for R&D in this field is and will be very lucrative
Onsite Lab services
· Partnered with a very prominent and large lab company in the US, NIO has signed a contract to bring lab services to clinics and long-term facilities at ZERO cost to them. Our goal is to provide doctors innovations to improve their patient care delivery, patient experience, and to have access to results in the most efficient manner. The profit for NIO will be on average 20K per clinic per month. This opportunity is available to NIO across Canada and the USA. We can anticipate an astronomical profit from this venture.
Virtual pharmacies
· NIO has developed a unique way of designing specific protocols for specialists using our virtual ‘pharmaceutical’ and ‘nutraceutical’ pharmacy. This will also provide our doctors a new stream of income.
R & D Chemotherapy Supplement from Japan
· We have been granted the exclusive distributorship of this amazing and most effective supplement which has already been approved by Health Canada.
Humanitarian Missions:
· NIO’s collective mindset is to help our fellow humans regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, age, or any other factor. Dr. Nina Nejmeh, has started her humanitarian work in 2003. She held a “Deputy Minister” in the international assembly of the international parliament which allowed her to provide her missionary and humanitarian service all around the world.
