Eighteen ninety-one. The year our town was founded. This whole idea is to bring us back to our roots. Community, fellowship, healthy and whole foods.
There will be 2 separate buildings to make one big building. The front, (market) will have 10 available spaces for rent and a common area for the farmers market. Generating income from each business.
Types of businesses I am looking for contracts with will be:
1. Cafe/coffee shop
2. Clothing/retail
3. Fresh produce/ meat market
4. Book / music store
5. Massage parlor
6. Photography
7. Real estate office
8. Arcade
9. Gun store
10. Other
The larger building will be the venue.
This is where we will be available for any event from small parties to weddings.
There will be a full “show” kitchen in the venue side where meals can be prepped for the storefront and customers/vendors can use the kitchen as part of their rent.
There will also be greenhouses to support the market and another way of revenue will be contracting out restaurants in the area to be their produce supplier.
Lastly, there will be an area for kids/teens and families. This will be the arcade area and batting cages. There will also be outdoor gazebos and activities to draw customers to our business such as concerts, community events, yard games, ice skating, tournaments, and much more.
There are many ways to make money, support our local small businesses, support our community, and build a safe and whole place for the next generation of families.
