LAND DEVLEOPMENT PROJECT CURRENTLY ON THE TABLE

NIGHT OWL INVESTORS CURRENTLY HAS A LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ON THE TABLE.  

THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF DEVELOPING  32 MID LEVEL INCOME SINGLE FAMLIY HOMES ON 11 ACRES IN OSWEGO NEW YORK.
THERE IS CURRENLTLY A SIGNED CONTRACT IN PLACE FOR THIS DEAL.  THE PROJECT HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED BY THE CITY ALONG WITH THE BLUEPRINTS.  THE CONSTUCTION PLAN IS ALREADY IN PLACE.  THE PRICES FOR EACH LOT IS ALREADY IN PLACE.  THE SUBDIVISION MAP HAS BEEN APPROVED.  WE ARE READY TO PULL PERMITTS IMMIDIATLY AFTER CLOSING.   OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE 50% OF THE HOMES SOLD BEFORE WE BRAKE GOUND.  WE CAN OFFER 15% RETURN ON CASH INVESTED.  WE ARE WILLING TO NEGOTIATE.  IF INTERESTED, A 15% OWNERSHIP STAKE IN NIGHT OWL INVESTORS IS ALSO ON THE TABLE.
