in short my plan would be to renovate and repurpose one of the vacant buildings located down town Niagara Falls and convert it into a Brewery/restaurant eco tourism attraction, where tourist from all over the world can enjoy fine crafted brews, local wines and great food and a one of a kind virtual reality theme park located inside our event center also to host live music as well as seasonal events similar to a holiday showcase, looking to raise 3-5million. Our monthly revenue would be between $500k-$700k in monthy revenue or more.
