New Life Living

Plan is to open a series of sober living homes in South Carolina.  Need startup money for the first one, primarily to purchase and make improvements for first home.  Sober living homes provide transitional housing for people coming out of rehab.  When people come out of rehab and return to the same environment/friends they relapse.  First home will be located in Myrtle Beach.  As of August, 2022, vacancy rate or open beds in Myrtle Beach is 0%.  Operating income for first building (before interest and taxes) is 72%.  Open to discussions on whether agreement includes equity stake.

New Life Living is a sober living home facility non-profit LLC that will be located in Myrtle Beach, SC or nearby communities such as North Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Conway, etc. as part of a long term plan to establish sober living homes in key cities throughout the Southeastern United States.  Our sober living homes shall be equipped with the needed facilities, gadgets and amenities to give comfort and security to all our residents.  Substance addicts often require help to transition from rehabilitation to living independently, and to do so in a different environment from that experienced prior to entering treatment.  We shall provide a safe, sober lifestyle environment to help substance addicts to reintegrate into society.  

New Life Living shall provide health conscious and customer-centric homes with a service culture deeply rooted in the fabric of our organization.  With that we will be able to consistently achieve our business goals, increase our profitability, reinforce our positive long-term relationships with our clientele, and address a missing need in the road to recovery for substance addicts by providing a safe environment for after treatment.  To provide that safe environment, we shall ensure client adherence to treatment programs, and establish and enforce house rules, work requirements and curfews.  While in our sober living homes, clients shall not be allowed to use drugs or drink alcohol with or without permission.  Failure to comply with the established rules shall result in the client being discharged from the home.

For New Life Living to create autonomous sober living homes and apartment complexes to provide substance addicts with safe, structured drug and alcohol-free environments supporting their effort to maintain sobriety, and to provide resources for employment, health, education, finance and legal to rebuild lives.
