We are excited to show you our innovative spa and resort development project in the gorgeous Berkshires! Our 355 acre property is sure to be an exemplary example of a green, eco-friendly, and tiny home experience.
We are creating a resort community of tiny homes for overnight guests. These tiny homes will be equipped with spa-like amenities and lounges, making the stay even more luxurious. Additionally, we are utilizing some of the land for vegetation and a Hemp grow, which will provide fresh food through a CSA program and create an orchard for private events and weddings. The Berkshires has long been a beloved pastime for many, and now it is about to become even more enjoyable. We are thrilled to be able to bring this exciting new development to the area.
Our ten-year plan includes building housing behind the cultivation site, complete with a Homeowner's Association for the resort amenities.
This innovative development will be a great addition to the Berkshires and we are confident that it will provide an enjoyable experience for all.
