In today's world, one of the most pressing concerns for families with children on the autism spectrum is ensuring the well-being of their loved ones after their own passing. Survival often hinges on gainful employment, but the workforce is not always welcoming to change, leading to a critical question: how can we foster greater inclusion of individuals on the autism spectrum and alleviate the fears held by both organizations and families? Our episodic documentary project is dedicated to answering this question, shedding light on the remarkable talents and abilities within the autism community, and advocating for increased hiring of people with autism by businesses. By sharing their personal stories and triumphs, we aim to inspire others while highlighting the unique challenges they face.

Our journey takes us across the country to gather stories from diverse individuals on the autism spectrum, including artists, business owners, tech experts, etc. showcasing their positive impact and dispelling misconceptions. With autism diagnoses on the rise and a gap in understanding, our documentary strives to demonstrate the potential of these individuals while promoting inclusivity and celebrating their gifts. I am Juming Delmas, the founder of an award-winning film production company based in Florida. Motivated by my son's autism diagnosis, I embarked on this filmmaking venture to create a more inclusive world for children like him. My portfolio includes writing and directing short films, as well as acting in notable productions like "Men In Black 3," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," and more. Armed with a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication and a master's degree in Media Communication Studies, I am committed to the power of documentary storytelling.

Our mission extends beyond the documentary itself, as we plan to leverage major networks to spread the message of autism inclusion and cultivate autism-friendly businesses. To achieve this, we intend to enlist the services of a marketing agency, submit our work to prestigious film festivals worldwide, and secure press coverage and podcast interviews focusing on mental health and filmmaking. Join us in our journey to raise awareness, empower the autism community, and promote a more inclusive society in the workforce. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
