Network Recovery is a networking, professional development, and entertainment organization intended to serve people recovering from substance abuse and mental health challenges in the Los Angeles area. It was founded in order to fill a gap in the recovery process. It serves to answer the question of "I got clean and sober. Now what?" Many have been faced with the challenge of how to get jobs and what to do for entertainment now that they have found a new way of life. The purpose of the organization is to establish a network with as many business owners as possible to hire and provide services for those in need. Eventually a brick and mortar would exist which would serve as an entertainment venue with food and beverages services leisure and offices like a WeWork. The idea is to have one centralized location where anyone looking for a safe drug and alcohol free environment could come to attend workshops, network with business owners , see live shows, or just eat and hang out. I am a clinical social worker with a Masters from Fordham University . I am a current member or Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Sigma Nu honors society. I am registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and I am a Doctoral Candidate. I work in the treatment field as a clinician, group facilitator and business developer. I have endless access to recovery homes and treatment centers to circulate business. This is a new idea. If established properly there is room for growth beyond Los Angeles County. There is money to be made here and lives to be saved in the process.
