Nechako River Ranch (tentative title)

Looking to purchase working cow calf operation. Looking for $200,000-$500,000 investment to help with purchase and some operating capital, property is 343 acres with only 100 in hay production and 50 in pasture lands the rest is covered with timber to be logged for clearing land for more hay production and pasture to increase head count of herd, this would help create more cash flow to improve infrastructure and efficiency of the ranch. With rising prices a cow calf operation is a solid investment with the right crew, good land management and solid plan for growth the beef business can be huge business, the crew on this would consist of my father, myself and when needed we have family that will pitch in during heavy work load times we have a plan to grow into a larger operation but reinvesting  profit into more land and making more crop and pasture
