I have done a lot of research on entertainment areas for youth and adults and have found that Trampoline Parks and obstacle course zones (American Ninja Warrior Courses) have been extremely popular. In the area I would like to establish this park there are surrounding populations of 10 to 20k people and this area is centered with a population of 11k and growing. We were recently voted by Realtor.com to be one of the top 10 best cities to move to. There isn't no other establishment like this within 120 miles from this area bringing in even more attention. I believe with the right investor and creativity this could be one of the top competitive parks in the whole state.
