I have developed a Natural Skin Care (chemical and antibiotic free) solution for the 50 million Americans who annually suffer from Acne. This simple 2 step process needs to come to market to be made available to the general public on a Nationwide scale.  I am requesting investor(s) to provide financial assistance for the production of my product to Market. Currently, I have a small store and I handcraft my products producing roughly 8-10 lbs of Acne Soap per batch; and the accompanying leave on Moisturizer of 200 ounces per batch. This would need to be migrated to a manufacturing process to produce quantities suitable for Nationwide distribution. You will see a customer with Severe Cystic Acne prior to using my products and her results at 30 days. Most Acne is resolved within 2-3 weeks for non-cystic type Acne. My products have the ability to effectively remedy severe Cystic Acne as well as your every day moderate to severe Acne.

The Rx Accutane commonly prescribed for Acne takes roughly 6 months to work and often Acne returns when people stop taking the medication. This is a daily routine of washing with the right product to solve the Acne problem. My products are made using Halal; Kosher; Organic; Vegan; Ingredients and are common Nut Allergen Free. Consumers are currently more aware of the risk of chemical laced health and beauty products containing harmful parabens; sulfates; phthalates, preservatives, etc. and are seeking more Natural products for their Health and Beauty Needs. I started making this product in 2012-2013 for my own use and it grew from there. It has been used by my family, friends, and customers and is proven effective.

Additionally, I have a Hair Care Oil; Moisturizer; Shampoo Bar; and Conditioner being used by a customer who lost the top of her hair to Chemo over 18 years ago with no regrowth. She took me into the bathroom, removed her wig, and showed me the hair loss she was dealing with. She started using my Hair Care products in June of 2022, and had new growth after 2 months of use (which is what I estimated for her to be able to see new growth; based on my own use and how much my hair grew over 2 months). Her review is currently posted on my website and her before and photos are forthcoming. Another customer just started using the Hair Care for Alopecia; although for a different reason than Chemo, I am awaiting her results for Alopecia.  According to a 2014 survey by the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery approximately 35 million men in the United States suffer some type of hair loss, and while approximately 21 million women are affected by hair loss. (I have been making Natural Hair Care for the past 6 years. My paralegal background afforded me research skills and I am constantly building my product base to provide the best available skin and hair care). This formulation for hair loss and regrowth is Natural and Chemical Free and has been used for approximately 8 months by myself; and 6 months by other customers.  The base for this hair care has been used for 6 years. Although I do not have hair loss, I have breakage; damage; and9z dryness that I use this Repairing formula for).

I am seeking an Investor(s) who is/are serious about making an investment in the future growth and availability of my Brand and Products. Taking my products from hand processing to manufacturing equipment; marketing; sales; and fulfillment.  My current storefront is small and does not offer sufficient space for manufacturing. It is only enough for retail sales and facial services. Once equipment is obtained; the production time for my products is and estimated 3-6 months (3 months to make & 3 months to cure and package) before the products would be ready to be made available nationwide to the 50 million annual Acne Suffers and those interested in Natural Skin and Hair Care. I am in the process of trying to obtain manufacturing equipment cost estimates. If half of the American Acne Sufferers purchased this product that would result in an estimated 25 million annual Acne Kits sold. This also involves repeat sales as this product works and is part of a daily cleansing routine.  Each "kit" provides approximately 3 months of use for 1 person.
