Update November 11th - escrow has been secured. We have six months to execute, so by December 15th, we would like to have enough money to open offices in seven states in India. As of this posting, we are offering 4 percent of the company for $10MM. Revenues projected to be tens of billions annually. Roughly half paid as prize money. The remainder is split with the government, after we deduct for expenses.
