Automotive dealers spend $48K per month to develop leads to sell new & used vehicles.  A large part of that Ad spend is to retarget people who have visited their website but have failed to fill out a form.   Over the next six months Google is phasing out third party advertising cookies which will severely negatively impact their lead generation.  N2 Plus has worked for more than a year to develop three new technologies to assist dealers with the rising challenge.  We can provide dealers with first party leads through geofencing, website deanonymizing, and a mobile app that both aids in capturing first party data but also in increasing customer retention.  The opportunity is to convert some of the existing expenses into higher quality leads by reducing the need for ad spending.  Potential revenue per location is between $2,500 and $5,000 per month.  The investment funds is for funding marketing cost and the working capital required to execute a large scale roll out.  The term of the investment is no more than 36 months with a  quarterly guaranteed payout to the partner and a share of the member units TBD.
