  • I have some great ideas, but I'm not willing to disclose without an NDA signed that could provide me with competitive advantage. 
  • Technical and Design talent SSO tool integration with Clever and Classlink 
  • Table of contents system that's ascetically appealing 
  • Note taking system 
  • Organized content where teacher's show up first, rather than talk about classes let's talk about teacher's aka people

  • It lacks great marketing messaging, but it looks great! 
  • Features that aligned with competitors
  • Linked up with major EdTech startup accelerators in Boston, California and NY Started to find potential members on y-combinator co-founder match. 
  • Got low cost design services on Fivver 
  • I finally have a lead on a parent with a teenager with a disability to pilot the project 
  • Lot's of diligence to build out a product! 
  • Acted as a scrum master and architect for the team, I finally want to be a real CEO! 

Here's some of the problems I ran into when trying to do it with small teams without legal paper work signed and a lack of capitol 
  • I think having a CFO would help with this 
  • lack of understanding of the educational community
    •  I think having someone that specialized in education on my team would help with this. 
    • Maybe hiring my old Calc teacher who's now the director of technology at one of Nebraska's top school - AKA Elkhorn Public Schools 
  • Lack of sales and marketing talent to compete in a million-dollar market
    •  I found someone on my LinkedIn account who manages EdTech account contracts for startups 
    • I know some young adults that would make great digital marketers who use TikTok and other social media platforms 
    • lack of user feedback I want to hire a PO for this Lack of legal talent I didn't sign NDA's from the advent Getting legally certified for education is really costly I now know a great lawyer willing to help me.
    • Lack of IA skills people steal my ideas and hack into my stuff for their advantage constantly. 
      • I need a solid DMZ to handle all the cyber attacks I've learned from all my mistakes and am ready to be a CEO of a great EdTech company.
