We are an un-launched new escape room business (LLC) in the Greater Orlando area, which is designed to bring new, innovative technologies, and immersive experiences for our escape rooms. Our escape rooms will allow us to break the traditional lock and puzzle escape rooms with technologically advanced rooms, with the ability to run our rooms remotely in the event of another pandemic or severe staffing shortage which will allow us to remain open and generate revenue while other businesses close. Our experiences will also include state-of-the-art Oculus VR escape room experiences which will improve replayability and has been shown a positive ROI after a few months. Currently, we are poised to be the only escape room in the Saint Cloud area/ Lake Nona region offering residents of low income ($22K-$30K), Medium income ($31K-$66K), and High income ($65K+) the same opportunity to experience an amazing family-friendly, adventurous, team building experience that can be enjoyed by all for years to come. We have plans to open with 5-6 rooms as well as a virtual reality experience escape room. Our location is also prime as, for both Lake Nona and Saint Cloud, you have to travel 30+ minutes to get to an escape room, where we want to open up right in the dense neighborhood to use its untapped value reducing that travel time to 15-20 minutes. Our planned business location is in a heavily visited shopping center with 7 restaurants, in a 3500 sf space that is a complete greyshell and has not been occupied before. My father is a retired disabled veteran who has a bachelor's degree in art and design, while I am pursuing my bachelor's in Business administration and Hospitality management, I have 5 years of industry experience in theme park operations leadership and exclusive experiences across Universal, Seaworld, and Disney.
