We want to build a nursing home in Little Rock,, Ark. We have a business plan. It's four Register Nurses who has over 60+ years in nursing.  We want to provide 24 hours nursing care for aged and debilitated individuals. We will employ a medical doctor, a team of nurses, certified nursing assistants, social worker and activity director, registered dietician, housekeeping and laundry service. The company will contract to provide physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to provide rehab services to the residents as ordered by the physician until growth of the company allows these services to be provided in house. We will offer respite care service to the families that need some vacation or personal time to recover from caring for their loved one. The company will also provide Hospice care to the families as their loved one transition. The company will have a memory care unit to provide a safe, homelike and loving atmosphere for the dementia and Alzheimer clients. We will also be serving clients with tracheostomies, IV's
gastric tubes and feedings, and extensive wound care. Our overall care is to service elderly and disabled clients. There is a need for more memory care facilities due to the rising number of dementia/Alzheimer clients.  6.2 million Americans aged 65 and older are living with Alzheimer dementia in 2021! 1 in 9 people aged 65 and older has Alzheimer's dementia. They require a safe, secure environment with close observation. In 2020 Little Rock's population was 196,968 with 151,688 of them adults and 27,941 were seniors. The portion of Arkansas' population that is over 60 is growing.  Families are unable to keep family at home and they need a facility that is able to meet their loved one needs.
