The pet grooming field is un-regulated. This creates potentially dangerous situations for people's beloved animals. We are hearing instances daily of severe problems at grooming salons across the country. My staff wants to become certified in grooming as well as Pet First Aid and CPR. We also want to become AKC certified groomers as well. We feel that there is a change on the horizon of grooming and we want to become certified as soon as possible to not only protect our customers, but to also show them that we really care about the animals in our care.
