Musical Notes Wine Cellars vision is a commitment to developing high quality wines (designer wines if you will) and to discovering new talents which enhance the appreciation of these distinctive and authentic tastes. Our mission is to maintain the highest level of expertise to produce unique wines described in terms of music, and to maintain professionalism to market and sell them to food and wine purveyors. Our cellars will be responsible for shipping, storing, and delivering these products in a manner that preserves their integrity.
We are a three person team, one vintner with more than 10 years of wine producing experience, a food and beverage chemist with over 15 years in food and beverage research, and last but not least, a vibrant young lady is our marketing person.
The Company is seeking investors. Minimum investment is $2,500.00. Exchange for minimum investment will be a 5% private share equity ownership in the Company; for every additional $500 above the initial investment additional 1% equity will be exchanged. The Company will accept investment pool groups (where two or more people pool monies to obtain a buy in). The maximum investment allowed at these initials stages is set at 40%, whereas the partners will retain a 60%.
Funding is needed for the following:

| Purchase of 2 1/2 tons of wine grapes. Sangiovese - 1 ton/$1450 Cabernet Franc -1 ton/$1500 Petite Syrah -1/2 ton/$700
| Lease processing facility for two months
| Wine cellar storage rental @ $200/year
| Supplies (barrels, bottles, labels, corks, etc.)
Our goal is to harvest and process the Sangiovese and Petite Syrah grapes in early September 2020 from an El Dorado Hills California vineyard and purchase and process harvested Cabernet Franc grapes from a California Central Coast vineyard. Our total production for 2020 is aimed at 150 cases = 1,800 bottles which we will age for a minimum of 18 months.
