Biosolids Management:
There are two methods of treating biosolids: Anaerobic, Aerobic digestion.
These processes strive to be, at best odorless, and at worst they will have huge startup costs with overwhelming maintenance costs all paid for by our tax dollars. This is also the major contributor to lower home values and depressed neighborhoods due to the foul smell emanating from every one of these 16,000 Wastewater Treatment Plants.

UNTIL NOW…
MSDS has created a new process, that does not involve Anaerobic or Anerobic digestion. It’s a proprietary compound and process called “Microbial TEA 3.0”
MT 3.0 is currently being used to replace Aerobic Digesting at the Washingtonville WWTP, located at 2 Walt Cole Blvd. Washingtonville, NY 10992.
So far, the benefits are as follows
1.      Elimination of all Hydrogen Sulfides and Ammonia gases, which is the smell generated from all WWTP’s
2.      90% reduction in inorganics and solids. 40% better reduction than the two alternatives. (Aerobic and Anaerobic Digestion)
3.      Lower energy cost for SOP’s (Standard operating procedures)
4.      Reduction in biosolids means reduction in cost to transport and dispose of the waste.
5.      Creation of the first Odor Free Class A Biosolid. (Ready for Beneficial Reuse)
6.      EPA considers this as a New Process to create a Class A Biosolid, with no restrictions.

 Industry:
Currently there are three, costly, consistent ways to dispose of biosolids:
1.      Compost – Requires 100’s of acres and needs to be in a remote area due to the smell. Digest, Transportation and disposal to a composter is extremely costly. The average cost to Municipalities is $140.00 per ton. (Cost for MSDS to Treat, Transport and Beneficially Reuse same facilities waste = $100 per ton. This reduction in cost is only the first part, now include less processing and less ware and tare).
2.      Incineration – Extremely expensive due to the gassing of Hydrogen Sulfides and Ammonia gases when incinerated. These gases attach themselves to all ferrous components of the incinerator and erode them from outside in. This process ultimately costs the municipality $300 plus dollars per ton to manage their waste. These facilities also have huge startup costs and are again extremely expensive to maintain and operate. (MSDS shall be able to incinerate the MT 3.0 Treated Biosolids, from the same facilities, at a cost of $100 per ton. Our MT 3.0 treated biosolids shall only be incinerated to remove PFAS and PFOS. Since our Compound/Process can remove the noxious gases from the Biosolids this is the reason our incineration portion of our disposal process is superior to conventional biosolid incinerators).
3.      Landfills – Once again the rate to transport and dispose of the biosolids to landfills cost the municipalities on average $140 per ton. There are no benefits to this option, just more waste being disposed of instead of being recycled. (MT 3.0 cost to Treat, Transport and Beneficially Reuse the same facilities waste shall be $100 per ton).

MSDS has transcended these waste management practices by treating the waste at the source
we can reduce the cost to the municipalities, create a NON-Toxic work environment,
property values begin to climb because no odors and Beneficially Reuse our treated bio-solids
in all forms of construction. i.e.:
1.      Reclamation of Quarry’s and Strip Mines with flowable fill.
2.       Building materials such as: Barrier blocks, railroad ties, sidewalks, curbs, roads, foundations, retaining walls, etc.
3.      Landfill daily cover. Our treated biosolids not only will be used to grow vegetation on the slopes of the landfill but will continuously react and treat the odors coming from the landfill with No Vector Attraction. (Which is the purpose of daily cover).

MSDS intends to certify each potential municipality through the USEPA with our Proprietary Compound (Microbial TEA 3.0). Once we have USEPA certification we will alter the pricing structure forever based upon the current technology. It will no longer be a solid waste but a feed stock for a manufacturing plant.

The Problem/Solution:
Every wastewater treatment plant needs to dispose of its biosolids in an efficient, safe and cost-effective way. MSDS dramatically reduces the cost to process and dispose of their waste by using our proprietary process/compound “Microbial TEA 3.0”
Our proprietary chemical eliminates all odors and pathogens without leaving an

Environmental Footprint
Biosolids have always created a problem for communities because of the smell and possible contamination of the drinking water surrounding these facilities as well as the disposal sites these municipalities currently work with.
MSDS has found the way for the byproduct of bio-solids never to interfere with the community or impact the water they drink.
MSDS has also addressed the eventual prohibition of PFOS and PFAS in landfills and wastewater treatment plants.
Once our compound is administered into the waste stream of the water treatment plant, PFAS and PFOS, the “Forever Chemical” shall bond with the filter cake. MSDS’s intention is to introduce the treated biosolids into the building materials.
The expense to manufacture any of the examples listed above shall be offset by the disposal fee allocated for the treated biosolids.

I have attached, separately, a model plan for creating such a facility to generate recycled building materials. This plan includes average pricing to manufacture such materials.
Please note that the sand item cost and the aggregate cost shall become a positive cash flow due to the waste stream disposal fees associated with the replacement of sand and aggregate. I.e.: Slagg from steel mills across America.

Conclusion:
While there shall always be waste that needs to be disposed of, MSDS has found a waste stream that touts “If the wheel isn’t broken then don’t fix it”.
We won’t stand for that statement anymore. We have the right tools to fix this problem and it starts NOW.
