We are a small family-owned and operated business that has been in business since 2010. In 2012, we purchased a Mr Appliance franchise... We have grown this business from a small one-man show over the last 14 years to a Market leader in the residential home appliance repair industry in the SE Denver metro market. In 2022, we reached $1.9 Million in sales. However, in the last 12 months, the economy has been challenging, expenses have skyrocketed, and the market has changed significantly. Last year, 2023, we had $1.7 million in sales... Our primary target market has been higher-end Residential repairs. Mostly COD-type work; unfortunately, over the previous 18 months, new appliance sales have skyrocketed, and the COD market has plummeted as a result... We are diversifying our business model to 1. Do more low-paying manufacturer warranty work to allow us to get into more homes with fewer advertising costs. As manufacturer warranties expire, our cod sales will recover in the next 12-24 months. 2. We are expanding into light commercial work, bars, restaurants, hotel laundrymats, etc. This is a very similar but different type of business. We must hire, train, and equip new personnel to do this work. 3. We would like to partner with the right person to expand our market while things are down to buy one or more of our neighboring franchises, potentially setting us up to be the go-to Appliance repair company for the Denver metro area, allowing us to negotiate higher pay from manufacturers, suppliers, and other vendors. With just the addition of commercial work, we could quickly increase our revenue in the next 12-24 months to $2.5 to $3 million. In 2025, I could see us growing to $3-5 million in sales.
