Partnership Buy In:

Secondary installment would be based on finally property appraisal after build is completed, this payment can be made overtime using the monthly profit from the storage business. (For example, if partner is bringing in a monthly income of $20,000.00 from the storage business, they can pay $10,000.00 per month until the agreed upon buy in is met. If the payments are financed in this manner, interest would accrue at a 4% rate.)
