Hello, my name is Jeanne Follett and I am the School Director of La Senora Quadalupe Rancho De Colores. We are located in Sandia Park, New Mexico. The school has been operating since July 2018. All team support players have been volunteers, educators, parents and older students, plus myself. I studied Equine classes at the University of New Mexico in the mid 80's, but have been with horses since 12 years of age. Went on to instruct and wrangler for 2 more years at Los Amigos Stables. The financial expenses I've paid completely out of pocket. The issue at hand now is the purchasing of the property. The owner wants to retire and selling off the property, ceasing all school activities and with that not only will the underpriviledged children's program of New Mexico be cut, but all 12 of the children's horses will have to be destroyed. As older horses are usually not adoptable.
If we were to find the funds the futures financials will come forward with two to three weddings a month for six months of every year at the ranch under the establishment of "Hot New Mexican Weddings." The ranch has been approached repeatedly to create this event, but complete property ownership must be in place. Hot Hawaiian Weddings producers has agreed to help set up. The market's competition is small but growing. As of now there is no children's program offered at no cost except this ranch. I don't plan on my competition to achieve success, that already speaks for itself. Via website. I will say, one student committed to becoming a Equine vet. When teaching many years ago, if I would teach her and she did. We've succeeded in children learning self worth and in the directing of New Mexicos great legacy of being part of the Last of the Wild West, little cowgirls and cowboys of today will be the ones who drive the cattles grounds of the tomorrows and history remains at it's best. The best that I can do is this offering in exchange for monies. I own the Mother Earth Corporation, which is an Edutainment house, education and entertainment. It's been my intent to fully develop through the years and then sell to purchase the ranch, thus saving our children's program. Fully developed, it's now up for review with the Redfords here who our the production course for "The Way of the Rain," but must sell first come basis, as the property can be sold at anytime. My lawyer, Robert Singer is in entertainment here and our goal is to make this happen. Please help us, as time is now of the essence.
Sincerely,
Jeanne Follett
