Morning Line has built and launched a regulated marketplace for investing in and trading real-world sports assets, beginning with Thoroughbred racehorses. We serve both sides of the marketplace: investors gain access to ownership economics, potential distributions and appreciation, and secondary liquidity, while horse owners gain liquidity, price discovery and a new way to monetize and recycle capital. We are live and revenue generating with 2,000+ registered users, and approximately 30% of trading activity is already occurring in the secondary market. Our longer-term vision is to expand the marketplace into other tradable sports assets.
