Existing Flood Control Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance business that is looking for a partnership to finance a large invoice payable by the State of Texas, that will not be funded until October 1, 2025, due to a clerical omission by my customer district. This invoice may possibly be paid in May, 2025 if turnback funds are available. If not, it will definitely be paid at the start of the new state fiscal year on October 1.
This is an unusual deal, and we are willing to take a substantial discount to factor this invoice for potentially that long of a term. The dollar value of the invoice is $269,329.50
