This proposal outlines the revitalization of a decommissioned school facility in Flint’s Northside into the King Community Center—a comprehensive, multipurpose hub designed to address longstanding socioeconomic challenges within the community. In partnership with Royal A Taxes & Bookkeeping Inc. & Royal A. Publishing Inc. (I am a Financial Literacy Author), the project aims to implement evidence-based programs in financial literacy, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, youth development through sports, and both mental and physical wellness. This initiative intends to foster community empowerment by providing high-impact, accessible services within a safe and inclusive environment. The implementation plan includes environmental assessments, capital improvements, and phased program deployment.

Ultimately, this initiative seeks to catalyze economic growth, self-sufficiency, and holistic well-being in Flint’s Northside, establishing a replicable model for community transformation in other underserved urban contexts. We will perform regular community outreach, program marketing, participant enrollment, and monthly engagement events. We are partnering with many proven programs already implemented across the country, inspired by "Urban View"-channel 126 SiriusXM. We are ex college athletes also and intend on involving NFL Flag, NBA, WNBA, MLB,, MLS, WMLS, ETC. Also, we are stressing HBCU information and Afrocentric curriculums.
