I am currently offering freelance construction administrative services but want to bring Matterport 3D scanning, PermitFlow, AIA contract generation, and much more to bring costs down and efficiency to Development and Construction companies. I want to start my own construction management company in Los Angeles, California. I want to start by offering the technology and expertise that I have learned from big projects like Affordable Mixed Used Housing to the smaller construction companies and owners because I know having these newer tools and having someone who knows how to use them is expensive and they deserve to provide their customers with quality back end management, not just a quality build. To keep costs down in the beginning, I will ony work from home and hire my husband as a construction field expert. I know what I have currently built is rough around the edges, but it can be beautified as I go.
