MingYun Gaming offers innovative games for sale to land-based game manufacturers, online casino distribution companies & online casinos.
In 2019 players gambled $45.9B at online casinos. Gambling market revenue is estimated to increase by 7.9%, and that growth is projected to increase online gambling revenue to $77.4B by 2026. Covid-19 is expected to snowball industry revenue even more as consumers spend more time at home using computers, tablets, and smartphones to gamble. With 2200+ online casinos, we look forward to profitability soon.
We began in 2017 with one game. We collaborated with UNLV and The Institute for Gaming Innovation in developing our first game. The game, Dual Quads™, was named best game of the year for 2017. We created 14 video poker variants, two bingo hybrids, five regular slot games, two lottery games, a blackjack side bet, two new revolutionary slots (Storytime Slots™ is geared to millennials), and our premiere software title: Casino Concierge™, an online casino host avatar. Our game titled Pyramid Video Poker™ earned a best game of the year award in 2018.
Casino Concierge™ will be an AI/Machine Learning add-on avatar with natural language capabilities for online casino operations. It will act as a player host and will include gambling addiction monitoring. We have submitted a grant pitch to the NSF. We await their approval to submit a proposal for the first phase of development. The first phase of the grant is valued at $276K and phase two at $750K. We will team up with UNLV and The Institute for Gaming Innovation to obtain the grant and development.
We developed a new business model that makes it profitable for online casinos and distribution companies to obtain our games. We use a Perpetual Rights License instead of the fee and royalty model used by the industry today. We have no monthly fees or royalties. We only have a one-time purchase of any game or package. Our clients acquire unlimited rights with the license. We created this new model to use because it allows online casinos to increase their revenue stream. As a result, we increase our sales. The Perpetual Rights License (PRL) allows our clients to purchase games for a one-time fee. No more monthly payments! No more royalties! Each game has a retail price, and there are two game packages; one includes eight games for $250K, and one has 20 games for $500K. Clients can pay package payments over one year.
We intend to build demos for the 14 video poker variants and two lottery games. The math for these games is incorporated as part of the PRL. Our clients get the game code and the math. All games use html5 code.
Even without having completed demos, we could complete the sale of one of our games to DraftKings for $35K.
Part of our marketing strategy is to use commission-only salespeople who have experience in the industry. A commission of 10% on the sale of a PRL package or games gives the salesperson a substantial income.
Jeffrey Raske is the President of MingYun Gaming. He is known as the Tom Brady of game design by a number of his peers. He has years of experience in gaming and is the recipient of awards in 2017 and 2018.
Dan Sahl is the director of The Institute for Gaming Innovation at UNLV. He has extensive experience in the industry and has a 7% interest in MingYun Gaming. He has several games that he has developed.
UNLV has a 20% interest in two games and invested in our games for patents. They do not have an interest in the business as a whole. UNLV and The Institute will collaborate in the development of Casino Concierge™. Negotiations are in progress.
