Head chef/owner has over 25 years experience in the F&B industry with awards and rave reviews. Our 2 additional head chefs have a combined 40+ years of experience for award winning restaurants and catering companies. Our operations personnel comes from a multi-million dollar catering company in S. California wit a proven track record. Locally, we are sought after and require backing for additional staffing, expansion and facilities. Our concept is restaurant quality food in the catering industry - everything is fresh, local, seasonal and customized. We travel throughout the state fulfilling requests as we are quickly becoming the go-to caterers for the growing demand for better quality and experiential dinning in an area with few options but a fast growing population and influx of money due to a film industry, out-of-state relocation, property by-ups and a new demographic of people requiring more out of their services.
