Mila's Mesa is a high end catering company focusing on modern, regional and seasonal cuisine for private parties and weddings. We started business right in the middle of Covid & have thrived despite the challenges with our creative thinking, professional mind-set and exceptional service. Woman & minority-owned, we are in high demand and need to expand. Our customers range from tourists wanting an exceptional New Mexican dinning experience to intentional minded wedding couples to high end repeat clients. Head chef/owner has over 25 years experience in the F&B industry with awards and rave reviews. Our 2 additional head chefs have a combined 40+ years of experience for award winning restaurants and catering companies. Our operations personnel comes from a multi-million dollar catering company in S. California wit a proven track record. Locally, we are sought after and require backing for additional staffing, expansion and facilities. Our concept is restaurant quality food in the catering industry - everything is fresh, local, seasonal and customized. We travel throughout the state fulfilling requests as we are quickly becoming the go-to caterers for the growing demand for better quality and experiential dinning in an area with few options but a fast growing population and influx of money due to a film industry, out-of-state relocation, property by-ups and a new demographic of people requiring more out of their services.
