Mikhuna

We are a Peruvian Cuisine sandwich and coffee shop! Alli Kaphiy (it means Great Coffee in Quechua) by Mikhuna (it means Great food) is a gourmet coffee shop that sets itself apart because it uses premium beans in our drinks and serves Peruvian style sandwiches. We started out as 2 separate food trucks: Mikhuna serving Peruvian Cuisine for the past 9 years and Alli Kaphiy for the past 2. We are a Registered Trademark and now we are ready to take our collaboration across the US. Our customers are incredible and range from 16 to 75 years of age. They have followed us for a very long time and have remained loyal no matter where we have gone.  Our team now has grown to 13 employees with about 8 of them being full time. We just got the lease for our first coffee shop in Bixby Knolls in the city of Long Beach. This would become the first of many to come, we have the product, the team and the followers to make it very successful. Peruvian Cuisine has risen to the top of the gastronomic world and we do it right. As a Chef I pride myself on only using quality meats and we make everything from scratch the way is supposed to be. 
I graduated with a double degree in Culinary Arts and Baking and pastry and train under Master Chef Romain Bertein. I have cooked for celebrities while working for TGIS catering company and  was the private chef for HRH Princess Rhima Al Saud. I am currently also a selected competitor for the Culinary competition "Favorite Chef" by Karla Hall which will bring in lots of publicity for our new restaurant. The investor that is willing to fund my project will become part of a Legacy that will surpass any expectations.
