MiKare Health Pty Ltd is an Australian health technology company delivering a global first secure, patient-led digital health intelligence platform designed to support preventative care, self-management, and continuity of care using data from physical, mental, and social inputs.

The company operates a scalable, diversified business model of B2C, B2B2C, and B2G combining direct-to-consumer subscriptions, enterprise and employer licensing, private health insurer partnerships, and affiliate distribution through community and professional organisations. This multi-channel approach enables MiKare to reach individuals, workplaces, and member cohorts efficiently while building recurring, sustainable revenue. We have made initial headway into global markets with the core product.

MiKare’s core platform is fully developed, operational, and currently being commercialised. It enables users to capture and organise symptoms, treatments, medications, appointments, life events, and health documents over time, creating a longitudinal, structured, and user-controlled health record. Through its proprietary narrative and contextualisation tools, the platform transforms fragmented personal health information into meaningful insights that support better self-awareness, appointment preparation, and care coordination.

The platform integrates physical health indicators, mental wellbeing measures, and social and lifestyle factors into a unified system. This enables earlier identification of emerging risks, improved treatment adherence, and stronger engagement with healthcare providers and support services. Members retain full control over their data and can selectively share information with clinicians, employers, insurers, and carers in line with their preferences.

Building on the established core platform, MiKare is developing its Clinical Bridge module. Clinical Bridge is a clinician-facing integration layer designed to translate member-held data into structured, clinically relevant summaries suitable for use in primary care, specialist, and emergency environments. This module will support faster handovers, improved information accuracy, and more efficient consultations, strengthening links between patient-generated data and clinical decision-making.

MiKare is led by an experienced founder with a strong background in health advocacy, business development, governance, and system reform. The leadership team brings expertise across digital platform development, compliance and data governance, strategic partnerships, grant and investment management, and commercial scaling. The company operates with a lean core team and engages specialist contractors in technology, cybersecurity, design, and regulatory compliance to ensure high standards of quality and security.

The company’s credentials include the successful delivery of a market-ready platform, early commercial traction, and the establishment of partnerships with insurers, employers, and community organisations. MiKare’s design is informed by recognised self-management and continuity-of-care frameworks and reflects best practice in privacy, accessibility, and user-centred digital health design.

MiKare occupies a differentiated position as preventative digital health infrastructure rather than a single-purpose wellness application. Its whole-life data model, narrative intelligence capability, patient-led governance approach, and cross-sector applicability provide a strong foundation for national and international growth.

Through ongoing platform development, strategic partnerships, and evidence-based validation, MiKare is positioned to deliver scalable improvements in individual wellbeing, workforce participation, and health system efficiency while creating long-term commercial and social value.

Building on this foundation, the project will advance the Clinical Bridge - a clinician-facing integration layer designed to translate member-held data into structured, clinically relevant summaries suitable for use in emergency, primary care, and specialist environments.

Over a 12-month implementation and validation period, the project will deliver:
