Michigan Maintenance &prevention

We are a property maintenance an management business .We do a lot of volunteer work with our elders and vets in the area. It being in our area income ranges, on average, between 25000 and 50000 and many are on fixed incomes. We try to provide them with all cares they need whether it be the basic home maintenance in there homes and properties or the  cleaning services for those who need and can't get around.We do a lot of landscaping tree removal . As a generation of a home maintenance professionals are sadly dying off and there are not many new peoples looking to replace these services.We have gained more and more customers but are simply spread thin with the equipment we have. During our 2025 northern michigan Ice storm we volunteerly cleared roughly 22 miles of roads an provided generators and internet for 32 households. In the aftermath of 2026 blizzard we dug thous 32 households out of 7ft of snow. We take great pride in giving an supporting our community . We are looking to get better more reliable snow removal equipment to expand our coverage are which will make roughly 25k per season. firewood processor to make an additional 15k per season as the top 3 providers in our area has retired our goal would be to pick up these new customers as well as sell firewood thru such organizations as True North.On averag  roughly 1000 resistance in our area will spend their Heating tax credit on firewood
