These songs are produced at live events from upcoming to popular Rappers across the world during Battle Rap competitions.

  • Previously We raised $250,000 to Produce Vado Vs Saigon, a ticketed Battle Rap  event, streamed on Pay Per View which also created 30 songs with popular rappers and influencers and filmed a docuseries,  with industry standard equipment, based on the behinds the scenes of this niche genre.

Marketing Strategy 
The Battle Rappers and celebrities acting as influencers themselves, will serve as organic marketing for ticket sales and app subscriptions. We will also repurpose content for shorts on TikTok, IG, Twitter, & YouTube to attract new subscribers.  Our initial marketing budget is 15% of all funds raised for actual social media ad spend.

We anticipate having 10,000 paid subscribers at $9.99 each in the first year, growing to 50,000 by year 3. Our expenses are forecasted at $500,000 annually, with a net profit of $2.5 million by year 3

Funding Needs 
We are seeking $1,000,000 in funding for app development, marketing, and content production. This investment will help us get our first 1000 Battle Rap songs on the app. 
We are requesting a minimum investment of $25,000 with a ROI of 20% annually paid out to investors on a quarterly basis. 
It is the intention of the company to distribute funds to shareholders on a quarterly basis from free cash flow net of its expenses. We believe that this will generate an IRR for investors in excess of 20% annually.
