This is the 4th location of our brand, Meraki Greek Bistro. Having started in Miami, FL in 2016, this is our first expansion in the New York market. We are seeking for a $100k investment for growth and marketing for this location, and are also interested in discussing with a strategic partner for other opportunities as well.
The restaurant is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, at a very vibrant street; withing walking distance of area staples in Food & Beverage. It features an outdoor seating area (about 40-45) seats, separated from the indoor dining room and can also be used/sold as a space for private parties and events. The dining room has seating for around 50 guests, and the Bar for about 15 additional guests (bar counter & Tables). Currently serving Beer & Wine, part of the funds are also to be used to obtain Full Liquor Permit which will enhance sales & provide longer operating hours (night/bar crowd).
We have garnered great reviews (4.5 stars on Yelp & 4.7 stars on Google) during our first year of operation, and leveraging our brand name, image & success in the Miami market, the restaurant is bound to flourish. The two owners/operating partners each have 25+ years of experience in the Restaurant Industry, with a dynamic team of Front of House operations & admin (including Bar Management experience) and an Executive Chef, native from Greece with an excellent knowledge of Greek & Mediterranean cuisine.
