Hello. I am Robin Lauscher.
My company, well, Its just me. After completing my college studies in fall of 2022, I continued building my skillset and knowledge in the InfoSec/CyberSec industry. I continue to learn and aquire many certifications and licenses spanning multiple industries and roles.
The app that I am developing will enable a frontline worker and the people they come into contact everyday, the authentication, legal authorization and consented permissions to administer their patients/victims their scheduled medication without worry or fear of legal implications.
The app itself could and i believe would solve these current issues in patient care.
-By linking front-line workers to their temporary patients, the app could provide a more streamlined and efficient way of managing patient care. This could lead to better outcomes and higher patient satisfaction.
-Reducing administrative burdens: The app could automate many administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping. This could save time and resources for both the front-line worker and the patient.
-Increasing accountability and transparency: By providing a secure and auditable record of all interactions between the front-line worker and the patient, the app could increase accountability and transparency in healthcare. This could help to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.
-Mitigating legal risks: The app could include legal agreements, such as waivers and liability disclaimers, to protect both the front-line worker and the patient from any legal implications that may arise. This could help to mitigate legal risks and reduce the likelihood of lawsuits.
An early evaluation of this product/app yielded 5 out of 5 stars.
I have begun coding the framework for most of the front-end integration and some of the disclaimer(s) policies written up but this is quickly getting to be beyond my skillset and will require input and collaboration from many sources to make this a reality.
I will and want to disclose every and all aspects of how this would be created and IS possible to achieve, which would give the healthcare industry a few extra moments to catch their breath. It would basically free up more time for all healthcare and patient care roles across the board. Not to mention just the mental strain that has and does occur in front-line workers when they are put in a position to make an ethical choice, a compliance based choice, legal based choice or an emotional based choice.
Sometimes in healthcare, situations do arise in which lives are or have been affected, for and against. This app will release that burden for good. Thats one less worry/concern that the front-line worker greatly deserves.
The name of the app will or could be changed and I have a few good short catchy names available.

Also, upon further researching this project, I have had to increase my funding request. For reasons and costs I am sure you are aware of. I seriously undervalued the services and people needed for this project to be in compliance and all legal odds and end's complete and sound.
