I have developed a business plan to sell footlong meatball subs of variety flavors . I have 10 years in the restaurant business and know how to satisfy a hungry customer. The sub choices will all be meat balls marinated in 5 different ways. Provolone cheese, American cheese and Pepper Jack cheese will be offered as well on the sub, (customers preference). Condiments such as diced onions, diced bell peppers, sauerkraut, jalapeños, and different sauce addons will be available. My plan consists of making the meatballs homemade from my special recipe and served to the public online, and in a call in and carry fashion. My ultimate goal is to eventually open a fully functional dine in restaurant that will expand operations and eventually franchise out. I have 2 other people that are working with me on this and can invest $5000 of our own money towards start up!
