MDMartin is a national staffing, recruiting and janitorial company founded in 2011. Utilizing deep data analytics, we differentiate ourselves by thinking and operating as a data company providing staffing, recruiting and janitorial services rather than a services company that simply uses data analytics. Our incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) allows us to deliver better results in key metrics like retention rates, turnover rate reduction and employee engagement and satisfaction in the workplace. 

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) the national average for turnover rate is 48.2%. MDMartin average between 12-15% based on industry sector coverage and client breakdown. We are able to provide these results by diving deeper into data, analyzing historical data to forecast better practices and blending in a bit of heuristic analysis. 

MDMartin is a nationally registered and recognized Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) through the NMSDC. 
We operate nationally and currently have customers in Texas, Arizona, Michigan, Illinois, Georgia and Tennessee. Our temporary labor placements vary throughout the year but we have minimal seasonality effects in our core customer base, which drives consistent revenues and allows for more consistency in forecasting and projections. 

Our business is propped up on three prongs - temporary staffing and contract labor, professional recruiting, and janitorial services (facilities maintenance). Of the three, temporary staffing is our core competency and comprises about 85% of our business and revenue. We have been in business for 15 years now and are in an aggressive growth phase and mode at this time. 

Our business model at its core is to deliver our services cogently out of our central headquarter office in Dallas, Texas. We do not operate under the "traditional" staffing model of setting up regional offices and application centers throughout the city or state. We believe in a digital business practice and understand that this creates more overhead and expenses than add true value, as it once did in the 20th century. 

Our customers range from large cap companies like Amazon, LG Electronics, LG Energy Solutions, to small to mid-cap private companies in industry sectors like manufacturing, plastics, food and beverage (consumer goods), alternative energy, electronics refurbishing, and light industrial. We have over 50 customers currently and provide services to about 25-50% of those on any given day. 

Our team is comprised of roughly 20 individuals covering C-suite and management to recruiting, onsite mangement, HR functions, payroll and administrative.
