Distressed Capital Group invests in value-add commercial real estate assets in non-income tax states, typically holding properties between 2 to 5 years, depending on stabilization.
Our goal is to purchase properties in recession resistant industries that are less than 5 years old.  We project increasing occupancy by working with experienced third party management companies. Currently, we have identified value-add assisted living facilities in Florida and are in need of partners.
