We have formed a JV with a farmer in Brazil that is in need to transform one of his 3 farms into agriculture, to produce Corns and Soybeans. The whole project is US$ 9,388,696,00 Million; the loan amount is for US$6,246,181.00 and the farmer will contribute with USD$ 3,142,515.00. He is going to issue Financial Crop Notes guaranteed by the property to repay the funds and also sign the Loan Agreement as guarantor. We have done the due diligence and verified "in loco", with all the providers of service and products. The loan can be paid in 3 years, but the farmer would prefer 5 years to repay it. The owner´s assets are over USD$ 38 Million. The reason he needs the loan is due to the fact that all Brazilian loan contracts include an index for inflation, which means that the repayment is calculated including interest and the inflation for the period. Since inflation is a little over 10% in Brazil for the last 12 months, even an attractive interest rate will be to costly to make the project feasible. We have all the financials and the business proposal, with the budgets, projections, repayment schedule, etc. Please, request an NDA to
