Green Kulture is a black-owned and micro-business craft cannabis start-up that will be located in New York. We are a craft cannabis cultivation company and being a micro-business allows us to control everything from seed to distribution of our products. Green Kulture is registered as a C corporation with the State of New York. We intend to be competitive, profitable, and compliant within the jurisdiction of the laws guiding the cannabis industry in New York. We will be offering premium, organic, small batched and environmentally friendly cannabis products to the people of New York. Therefore, we will generate additional source of revenue by making use of the whole cannabis plant.
Also, at Green Kulture, we will be powering the grow with renewable energy as well as using reverse osmosis filtration to reuse grow water. Green Kulture will offer flowers, concentrate edibles, and other cannabis-related products in the cannabis market in New York permitted by the laws governing the state. Green Kulture will take advantage of the ever-growing cannabis cultivation market and how we can differentiate ourselves from our competitors in the New York market which includes; going fully organic, using the entire plant, being socially and environmentally aware as a company.
Green Kulture was founded by Rulls St. Hilaire, who has over a decade of experience as a cannabis cultivator from the legacy market and he will be assisted by Dale Johnson, Javaan Davis, Benson Isidore, and Herk R Smith who are his partners in the management of the business. Due to our unique approach of offering quality and environmentally friendly products, as well as addressing the common pitfalls associated with operating in the cannabis cultivation industry, Rulls St. Hilaire who is the lead cultivator for Green Kulture has developed what appeared to be a unique and profitable business model.
We intend to ensure that our business practices are of the highest standards and that we are transparent, honest, and ethical in our dealings with our business partners, clients, and everyone who does business with our organization. We have invested funds into the company and partnered with Bodega Ink which is a minority-owned branding and marketing agency. Bodega Ink’s experience with larger well-known companies will provide our company with marketing and branding strategies to rival our competitors.
Also, we have partnered with Andrew DeAngelo and Stephanie Thomas who are working with us as advisors on this project. They are experts in this field and they will assist us to build the foundation of our company, ensure that we are solid with our business plan and Performa which will guarantee our success. We have partnered with Kaelan Castetters Cannabis gov’t relations group to lobby the local municipalities’ town clerks and government officials on our behalf.

We believe that some people misuse cannabis and the indoor cultivation of cannabis is energy consuming which in turn raise carbon emission and that is why we intend to educate and operate our business in the cannabis industry as a company that adds economic prosperity and positive community wellbeing to the local population with legitimate solutions without any negative effect on the environment.

- RULLS ST. HILAIRE (LEAD CULTIVATOR& CEO)
Rulls St. Hilaire is the lead cultivator and the Chief Executive Officer of the Green Kulture. He has over 10 years of experience in working small organic craft cannabis cultivation in the legacy market. The quality of his products has resulted in reliable profitability at every farm he has managed. As a lead cultivator, he has access to the finest cannabis genetics and understands how to develop new strains. He will continue his management of the company’s seed vault, which has over 600 strains of different cultivars.
Also, Rulls has impressive mainstream corporate leadership experience. At MasterCard, he started working as an analyst, and then he progressed in his career to occupy the position of the lead analyst managing over 20 team members in the entire coast region before he rose to the position of executive level support for high profile clients within MasterCard
Over the years, he has honed the skillset and experience necessary to lead Green Kulture in the right direction. He has an Associate Degree in Computer Networking from Rockland Community College.
- DALES JOHNSON (CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER)
Dale Johnson is the Chief Revenue Officer of the company. Dale has a strong history of sales leadership having held the positions of Sales Team Leader at Verizon and Cablevision, and Sales Team Manager with Nissan. In his current role as IT Manager at MasterCard. Dale leads a team of 12 techs…Dale is a graduate of the prestigious New York Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- HERK R SMITH (CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER)
Herk R Smith is Chief Marketing Officer of Green Culture. He is an author of several books, including A.I.D. (After It’s Done). Herk has developed marketing skills and strategies at companies like Nordstrom and MasterCard. For over 16 years, Herk has managed a crew of over 20 people on a daily basis. His leadership skills have won him numerous awards in his field, including Nordstrom’s Gold Star Award for sales.
He has proven leadership experience which is focused on creating revenue, sales development, creating strategic relationships, marketing, manufacturing, culture development, employee morale, and administration.
- BENSON ISIDORE (CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER)
Benson Isidore is the Chief Technical Officer of Green Kulture. Benson has many years of experience working in the IT field and he has been leading the technological vision of Green Kulture as the CTO. As a system engineer by profession, he worked as the Deputy Lead System Support Analyst at MasterCard worldwide. Benson’s depth of knowledge in IT and systems management will ensure Company’s cultivation technology operates efficiently and its reporting systems are compliant with state regulations. Benson is also responsible for the company’s industry standards engagements, university collaborations and technical community programs. Benson graduated from Empire State College with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- JAVAAN DAVIS (HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT)
Javaan Davis is the head of the sales and marketing department at Green Kulture. Javaan has gathered the needed experience while he worked in the sales and marketing department for several projects in the entertainment industry. He defined, articulated and implemented strategies for business promotion during the time he worked on commercial projects with Willams Signal, Vogue’s Magazine etc. He is responsible for developing forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price level to ensure that Green Kulture attains its profitability goal. Javaan graduated from Rockland Community College where he studied Liberal Arts.
