 Master Blueprint is an Australian software platform for evidence management and oversight in early childhood services.

Our purpose is simple: help owners delegate the work while keeping sight of the evidence.

As an early childhood business grows, owners need visibility across services while directors manage day-to-day documentation and reviews. Master Blueprint connects these activities through a shared evidence workflow, helping owners see where attention is needed and inspect the records behind that view.


HOW IT WORKS

Educators and directors can take a photo or upload an existing document, file, video, link or note. Suggested National Quality Standard (NQS) mappings are reviewed and confirmed or corrected by a person. Directors review the evidence, and owners can navigate from a service overview to individual quality areas, standards, elements and linked records.

The platform accommodates each service’s existing documentation practices. Services can use records they already create, with manual uploads or links rather than automatic synchronisation with other platforms.

Additional features include:
• Evidence coverage views highlighting full, partial or missing coverage.
• Tasks and calendars for assigning work and tracking due dates.
• Staff qualification records and certificate expiry alerts.
• Oversight across one or multiple services.

Evidence coverage indicates the records held within the platform; it is not a regulatory compliance rating.


CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS MODEL

Our initial focus is small private early childhood operators, particularly owners of two to several services without a dedicated quality team. We are beginning customer validation in Western Sydney.
Master Blueprint uses a proposed monthly subscription model charged per service, allowing the subscription base to grow as operators add services.


FOUNDER AND CURRENT STAGE

Master Blueprint was founded by Ebony Camilleri, a Diploma qualified early childhood educator with experience working in the sector from 2016 to 2022.
The platform is live. Our next stage is structured customer testing to measure workflow effort, independent use, director review and owner oversight, followed by validation of willingness to pay and ongoing retention.

Our aim is to make everyday evidence easier to organise, review and retrieve while helping owners stay connected to what is happening across their services.
