I am looking to do a few business concepts on the property that I aim to have purchased.

1) 2-Story Barndominium Atrium Suites--includes a small boutique where the Atrium is a place to hang, dine and enjoy gourmet coffee. Building is Industrial, Earthy-Chic Style Luxury. A paradise for both Entrepreneuer and Client awaits--where independence meets financial freedom combined with built-in disability benefits. The missing piece in New Braunfels, TX.

2) Montessori Preschool--Ages 3 Months- 5 years Old. An active learning through playroom facility. A facility that creates an inviting Earthy, Chic engaged facility that resembles the same aesthetic Bardominium style. A scratch kitchen, enough staff members to ensure sanitation and child safety, check every child for health safety (temperatures) for the entire classroom prior to entering classroom, beautiful age appropriate play grounds, gardens any other useful ideas suggested by the school director when they are hired.

There very minimal Montessori schools for daycare and preschool facilities. They are not popular in New Braunfels and I have discovered it would be a great addition to the growing city.

I would like to open both because I feel like having a daycare facility close by a place where individuals have to get their hair done is crucial because it is many stylists and clients issue in being able to go to work or be able to properly take care of themselves. This allows for a facility to be able to cater to our young while there is much needed adulting needing to happen. Also, opens the community for a day pass on the one off days for parents who need help for the day and allows for an extra flow of income to the facility.

3) Tranquility Garden--I would really like to landscape an outside sort of sanctuary that represents peace and tranquility through landscaping. A place where people can take a nice stroll and be able to enjoy the outdoors. An escape during their lunch. A place to sit, relax, lounge, walk and possibly set up an outside stage in the center of the area where in the evenings or special occasions there is a place to book bands, comedy shows, improv theater acts, preschool performances, etc.

Good thing we have a daycare facility on site because it can be managed on those occasions. Our daycare facility is open to the public to help those moms and dad's have that special night out. (Again extra revenue).

4) School of Rock--I would like to not bite too much off more than I can chew--with that being said--I would lastly love to invest in a Music School. I would have to look into territory rights with a franchise company, but I think putting in a swanky  Barndominium School of Rock would be amazing. 

In this school of rock, I would like to include private rooms for solo practice rooms, ensemble band practice rooms (that can be managed accordingly) and a proper recording studio to help promote song writing and self publishing. I find that the current school of rock that is in New Braunfels lacks certain qualities that could help the student and instructor succeed more efficiently and effectively. 

Having the sanctuary garden with the outside performance stage would help give a space for proper dress rehearsal and inspire the idea of teaching sound in which how it is carried inside of a facility vs outside. It would also allow for some very awesome marketing and advertising opportunities that would give all the businesses an edge in its separate sectors. Each business, if ran accordingly, can help support one another through different variances.

I am okay with this being a gradual project that builds into these ideas, but I am asking for 5 million dollars in order to accomplish all these tasks. 

I hope someone finds value in what I am trying to create in this town and I think it could be a big hit especially putting it in the correct location.
