Marine Aeronautics Co. is a new startup company.   My name is Jerry Daniele, I am the sole proprietor of Marine Aeronautics Co.  I  have created an "Advanced Marine Technology" (AMT) for an Ultra Fast Ship (UFS).  There are four lucrative markets for the UFS.  They are as follows: multiple military applications, commercial high speed marine transports, high speed ferries, and exotic private yachts.   The timing for this vessel is perfect.  I am a "Visionary" who is passionately committed to building and marketing the world's fastest long range naval ship capable of a speed of 150 knots plus.  I have assembled a team that is qualified to complete Prototype 1 , which is to construct a half scale military prototype without armaments.  The UFS  Prototype 1 is a reinforced wooden  structure and deck and for greater strength the ship is laminated with several layers of fiberglass.   Additional reinforcement elements are included to ensure structural integrity and reliability.   Floatation zones have been strategically added to the wooden prototype for increased safety. 

I have met with President Jordan Tilton and former employee Dan Bottjen, the composite boat contractor of Crosswait Composites llc.  They are located  in Wanchese, North Carolina and the company is my top candidate to build the Composite UFS Prototype 2.  This new breed of ships will radically change the 21st century's naval paradigm. 

The United States Patent and Trademark Office has approved the Provisional, Design, and Utility Patents.   Now that the U.S. Patents are in place I can now move forward.  The UFS is so unique, advanced,  and economical that there is no current competition in the fore mentioned markets.  The nature of the ship's superstructure is an engineered hybrid.   The hydrodynamical and aerodynamical disciplines are seamed together to safely and simultaneously attain the high speed capabilities in both environments.  In addition, the angular stealth architecture coupled with a coating of radar absorbing material assists in minimizing detection from above surface radar and below surface sonar.  The UFS stealth capability is obviously not for commercial or private applications.

The UFS is not a Hydrofoil or a Wing-in-Ground-Effect ship.    The vessel has three separate propulsion systems that can independently power the UFS.  The second and third propulsion systems are conventional in nature.  The exact nature of the propulsion systems are proprietary elements.  The high speed military version meets the immediate needs of the United States Marine Corps War Fighting Laboratory's search for a fast ship.  Oddly,  The United States Army's Rapid Deployment Forces owns more ships and boats than the United States Navy.  The United States Navy and Coast Guard have expressed a great need for a blue water fast ship (See Littoral Ship USS Independence).  Thus four of the six branches of the armed forces requires ships and boats!  The market is huge.  Because of the UFS' shallow draft, it offers a two for one bonus since it is both a littoral and blue water ship.

The UFS commercial version will enjoy the largest and most lucrative world wide ferry markets transporting several hundred passengers five times faster to their destinations.     The UFS private super yacht market will be huge and wildly popular because of the exotic nature of the vessel and it's ultra fast speed which allows the captain to skirt unwanted storm, rough seas and pirates.  The smaller scaled down versions can be affordable even for he average private buyers and commercial fishermen.   If investors move quickly and hit hard they can overtake the world marine markets overnight.  In addition, I have several secret advanced compliments that will be added to the vessel as the market demand increases allowing  Marine Aeronautics and it's investors to stay ahead of emerging competitors.  I have chosen three possible construction sites: San Diego, CA, Corpus Christi, TX, Wanchese, NC.

First Debut and Press Release will be in Chesapeake  Bay and Washington D.C..

Projected  Annual Sales:  $100M in the first year.

Jerry Daniele's background:  I was a successful high end design/custom home and commercial builder from 1972 to present.  I hold an active GB98 Contractor's License.     I am currently the Qualifying Party for R&R Solutions llc.  a "Green Solution"  shingle recycling plant, that produces RAS (Recycled Asphalt Shingles) an asphalt additive to make asphalt highways last up to five years longer and 20% quieter and the asphalt contractor's profit margin increases.   My wife and I own a 200 space RV Storage lot which is located in Albuquerque, NM.   We own a ranch in New Mexico 18 miles west of Albuquerque.  I know what you're thinking, "What's a ship builder doing in the middle of the southwest desert?  It's a long story."
