Dear Potential Investor,

I'm excited to introduce you to Marine Corps Direct, a company deeply rooted in honor, service, and community. Founded in 1991 by Bobby and Nancy Cabaniss, Marine Corps Direct was born out of Bobby's journey as a 100% disabled combat Marine Mustanger. Faced with the challenge of finding a Marine Corps sweatshirt upon leaving the Marines, Bobby's realization of the unmet needs of millions of former and retired Marines led to the inception of Marine Corps Direct.

Under the full-time leadership of their son, Robert Cabaniss, in 2015, the company experienced exponential growth. Robert's expertise in marketing and online business strategies propelled Marine Corps Direct to new heights, leveraging his father's Marine Corps knowledge and blending it with business acumen. In 2017, we expanded our offerings with the launch of USMC10, catering to a broader Marine Corps market with affordable apparel. Additionally, in 2019, we introduced the Honor Brand program to give back to veterans in need.

Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain resilient and fully operational, ready to resume our philanthropic endeavors immediately. Our commitment to supporting veterans is further exemplified by our longstanding partnership with the National Toys For Tots Foundation, which supplies clothing needs and generates significant sales annually.

We pride ourselves on our financial stability, boasting steady revenue growth of over 30% yearly for the past decade. With gross profit margins consistently exceeding 70%, we are on track to achieve $3,000,000 in revenue for 2024, driven by our ongoing expansion initiatives and innovative projects.

Our target market is vast, with over 250,000 Marines in our database and an estimated 2.3 million potential customers worldwide. With only a five-person team, we've achieved remarkable sales figures, but as we embark on new programs, we anticipate hiring two additional employees to support our growth.

Our goals for the next three to five years are ambitious yet attainable. We have secured contracts to feature in all Marine Corps Exchanges nationwide, starting in March 2024. Additionally, initiatives such as the "Tee Shirt of the Month" club and  Semper Fi  USA, our 100% made-in-the-USA website, are set to launch in the coming months. In 2019, we started Honor Brand, a unique program that gives back to Veterans in need.  The program is similar to other brands like Toms and Bomba socks.  When a hoodie or shirt is purchased, we donate one to a veteran in need.   We had partnered with the Wounded Warriors program and had corporate sponsors like Orange Theory.    When Covid hit, this company had to take a back seat but is fully functional and ready to be reactivated in a moment’s notice.  We aim to expand our customer base to over 500,000 individuals and implement targeted advertising campaigns to reach military organizations and veteran-driven companies.

We are seeking strategic investment partners to fuel our growth and realize our ambitious goals. The funds will enable us to free up capital tied to excess inventory, establish direct relationships with manufacturers to reduce costs, and offer exclusive items to our customers. Your investment will drive financial returns and support our mission of empowering veterans and honoring their service.

In conclusion, Marine Corps Direct presents a compelling investment opportunity with substantial potential in a growing market. Join us in our journey to make a lasting impact on the lives of veterans while building a successful and socially responsible business.

Thank you for considering this opportunity. I look forward to discussing how we can collaborate to achieve mutual success.

Semper Fi,
