We are a land acquisition company purchasing land in West Virginia that is highly valued due to its location to rail and barge access for natural gas companies.   The location has 2 sections of property that needs to be purchased for $1,100,000 and its close to 400 acres with barge, rail and major road access.  Currently we would be the first Frack Sand and Transload location in the Utica, Point Pleasant and Marcellus Shale that would have the ability to barge, rail and truck to and from our plant.

The property has been tested and we have Frack sand on it.  I am working directly with a large well known Frack Sand operator company that is finalizing additional testing and plant development.  The opportunity includes the following:

- Finalize all testing and permits, sell the property to one of the several interested Gas drilling companies in the Utica and Marcellus Region.  We are in talks with several of these companies now.
- Finish developing the land, build out the plant, sign several off take agreements we are in talks with now about and then sell off the company for a much larger profit because at the time it would be a fully functional frack sand and transload location.

Currently we are in talks with major corporations to partner with in order to build out the Frack Sand plant and possibly sell off the entire project.  If you have more interest in this project, we need to get an NDA signed due to the competitive nature of Frack Sand in the Oil/Gas industry.

Also, we have offers to us from Major Frack Sand companies in WI and IL to partner up in order to deliver their sand to the Region using our transload location.
