MAR Tactical Range

Executive Summary
MAR Tactical Range will allow rapid fire in order to enable our clients to master their firearm for defensive and offensive maneuvers. Day Pass access to our 3m, 5m, 7m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m, 50m, 70m, 100m, 150m, 200m (20 Lanes Each) range will be 15 bucks. To access one of 40 ten-meter wide tactical ranges, a customer will have to purchase a Tactical Pass for 20 bucks (4 Runs included). The Tactical Pass must be swiped before a Run may begin. The Run will begin once the first target is struck. The targets will be metal humanoids with sensors in the Gut, Chest and head Area. These Sensors will allow the user to earn points depending on their shots: 1 point for gut, 2 points for chest, 3 points for head. In our tactical range, we will have stationary cameras mounted on the walls. Customers will then have access to this footage via cloud access using the login information on the Tactical Pass.  In this proprietary mobile application, users may then analyze themselves in order to better their weapons training and create cool videos of themselves in action. We will offer an RPG Package for $1000, clients can shoot an RPG and have a custom video crafted and made available in an hour in Mp4 format in their Email and on an RPG flash drive. Firearm rentals will be 10 bucks regardless of type, the customer still has to buy ammunition. Our Sales representatives will be knowledgeable, friendly, and closers. Using Top Down Selling tactics, our reps will have all of our customers walking out with some tactical gear. In our pro-shop, we will have an AR Bar where customers can purchase a wide variety of stocks, straps, hand guards, sights, barrels, grips, and more for their custom-build AR. We will offer License To Carry Classes 4 times a day for 65 bucks a person.

Market
The American Shooting Market caps out at  2 billion dollars annually,  with an emphasis on self defense and stand your ground laws.  Gun ranges can expect to see a growth rate of 1.2 % and with the current pandemic, this year is sure to see a spike in sales and patronage.  MAR Tactical Range will be located in Northeast Houston with our biggest competitors being Carter's Country and D Gun Range both located 10 Miles away from our location.  Our Competitors offer Stand and shoot and Skeet options, we will still be one of the few gun ranges to offer Houston's 2.2 million gun-loving citizens a place to train both defensive and offensive maneuvers.

Buyout Marker 14 Million

The Investor should expect 14 Million in returns after 10 years. This will be the investors Buyout Marker at which point stock will be re-issued to other vested bodies. If stock valuation reaches this buyout marker sooner than 10 years, then the investor will be forced to sale at the end of the following Quarter.  If it Takes longer, then the investor sha’ll  remain vested until this Buyout Marker has been reached.
