I am writing to offer you an opportunity to benefit from our experiences in business by investing in MAR-BTM Group LLC, an umbrella company whose primary function is to purchase real estate for rentals or fix and sell, depending on the earning potential. Rental property will be used as follows: short term, like Airbnb; medium rentals for travel nurse staff (due to my connection with health care facilities); and long term for residential/year-long leases. MAR-BTM Group LLC will also be a parent company for multiple service businesses focusing on making them profitable through our business plans.
A little about me. I started in business in 1987 in lawn care which expanded into a successful building company. In that time, I worked on 1000s of homes building, maintenance and cleaning. Our company built 24 quality homes and I even lived in a few of them before they were sold. Having relocated to Arizona in 2021, and noticing a need for similar services, I desire to re-establish my company.
Our goal is to provide people an affordable, quality home to live in as well as services to maintain or improve their homes and businesses. We would also offer certain groups discounts: Military, AARP and first responders.
So far, we have established our LLC, banking, domain name, and EIN. Our websites are in process and should be up and running soon. Through advertising and word of mouth, we are starting to sign contracts and schedule customers for cleaning services. The plan is to have staff that will organize and bid jobs to clear a profit on each rental and service job.
We are currently seeking funds to establish an office and upgrade computers/tablets. As well, for down payments on new properties to rent or flip, a small amount of debt to be paid off, and for start-up costs.
We are looking for $100,000 through investments/funding.
