Mama’s Café & Brews was born as a local, home-grown restaurant and bar serving up southern style, cajun creole, and fresh seafood dishes with interesting starters, soups, and salads while pouring high quality beers on tap, craft cocktails, and select wines … all in cheery, contemporary down-home digs. We serve only the highest quality food and beverages, sourced from local and regional suppliers who share our commitment to excellence. From meat, poultry, and seafood to soups and salads, we serve only the best foods, meticulously prepared by our Chef using Mama’s special recipes. We are singularly focused on classic, homestyle cooking for our customers.
We’re a neighborhood restaurant and bar located on Highway 6 with easy access from Sugar Land, Missouri City, Sienna, and Pearland. And we have everything for everyone with indoor main dining room seating, bar-table and bartop seating, and our outdoor, all-weather covered patio seating with the “Zone,” an area for kids, sports, live music, and special events. Our family has lived here for a combined 50 years. Our kids went to local schools, where several of us worked and still do. We’re part of the community and we constantly strive to make Mama’s the most successful local restaurant in the area.
We have invested $190K in leasehold improvements, furniture and fixtures, prepaids, intangibles, and other start-up costs. We are seeking additional investment to complete leasehold improvements, purchase FF&E, and obtain working capital for inventory and soft opening costs. Our front-and back-of-house operations are integrated with Toast and its supplemental partners. Our significant online and social media presence will drive customers and ensure the highest quality products and customer service experience. Mama's Team includes industry expertise with extensive business operations and management experience.
