We are an OutPatient Treatment and Counseling Center for mental health services and substance use disorder. We were licensed in the state of Arizona in may 2023 and we got approved and credentialed by state medicaid also known as AHCCCS in February 2024. We also qualified and we are being credentialed by all state contracted managed care organizations. We further got approved as a facility by Medicare Part B for Outpatient mental health services as part of substance use disorder treatment starting January 1st 2024.
Further more, we are being credentialed and contracted by Commercial Payers in the Behavioral Health Industry to enhance our client base and provide more services ultimately increasing our bottomline. There is a high need and huge market for mental health and substance use disorders and we are uniquely qualified with our team of Licensed Professional Counselors, Psych Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Technicians, Peer Support Specialist, Case Managers, Administrators, community outreach team. We have built relationships with local hospitals, Courts, Detox Centers, Prison Reentry Programs, Behavioral Health Therapeutic homes, and transportation services for our patients. We are ready to go, however, we need some little funding to make sure we go operational in a less stressful environment. We believe based on our initial goals, $150,0000 is sufficient to cover all our bases to initiate smooth operational environment and we should be profitable in our 4th month. Thereafter, we won't need any more funding because this is a high cash flow business and the business will fund its growth, God Willing.
