We are currently In the process of negotiating to purchase a 5 commercial unit property in Roslindale MA. We want to take ownership of this property to then start the process for plans and approvals to build a 16-24 unit apartment building. The area is up and coming with a lot of new developments around this property which leads us to believe, although it may take a couple of months, we will not have an issue getting those approvals. The plan is to purchase, renovate and raise rents on all tenants, this deal also comes with a liquor license and liquor store which is 1 of the 5 commercial units currently owner occupied. Our plan is to lease or sell the liquor store and license after purchase and pursue the approvals for the apartment building which is our final goal.
